Board walk is nice and well kept . But not paying $17 plus parking to get on there little ass beach. They are gonna have to do better than that to get me in their.
The boardwalk on North Beach is nice and the pier is also nice. A lot of people walking on the boardwalk so it feels somewhat lively. We visited on memorial day so we were expecting heavy traffic but surprised to find it light.
Small beach but best place to enjoy with kid and side walk I liked it. Beach entrance fees $17 for adult. A lot free parking places for parking. So no worries . Go and enjoy with kids.

This place is okay, as long as your are not expecting to sit on the beach and enjoy the water. This beach requires a $16 admission per adult. Chesapeake has two more beaches further south with fees of $17 and $10 per adult. The $10 beach will stop letting people in pretty early in the day due to capacity and they will NOT refund your money.
I'm an Uber driver and took a client home to North Beach! It was so beautiful and peaceful that I parked my car, stopped working and walked.
Go here on Friday nights for a car show live music and a huge farmers market highly recommend it.
